It?s really too bad when one or two employees can ruin your entire experience. I have been a member now since June 2009. I live about 1 mile from down town Spokane but choose to drive to the north side location. There is one girl in particular who works at the front desk that is just terrible to interact with. She seems like she is always in a bad mood and I feel like every time I see her she is going to give me a hard time. Plus the parking sucks!!!! There is none, you either have to park on the street and pay, or pay to park in a garage somewhere.
