Pretty Good 6/6/2011

I have been a member of many diffrent fitness clubs and I have found OZ to be quite a bit better than the other ones I was members of. No they dont keep the door open all night long, nor do I blame them, the costs associated with keeping the club open the entire night would be ludacris in this economy. The customer service was better than most places, and the locker rooms were amazingly clean, they used to be dirty but since they changed owners they have become a much better all around gym. The best part about it though is the abundence of equipment and help you can get there at almost any time during the day. The downtown branch is hard on parking but for someone who can walk or bike there it is very convient for me. more

Customer Service is Terrible 1/1/2011

It?s really too bad when one or two employees can ruin your entire experience. I have been a member now since June 2009. I live about 1 mile from down town Spokane but choose to drive to the north side location. There is one girl in particular who works at the front desk that is just terrible to interact with. She seems like she is always in a bad mood and I feel like every time I see her she is going to give me a hard time. Plus the parking sucks!!!! There is none, you either have to park on the street and pay, or pay to park in a garage somewhere. more

all I can say, is that if you plan on going to this gym you'd better make darn sure your know all the terms and agreements in the contract. They will find every way possible to get extra money out of you. The staff, for the most part, is rude and pushy. Even the general manager and human resourse managers are rude to the customers. Pros: lots of equipment Cons: crowded, rude employees, high prices more

Don't wast your money 2/5/2006

Spent 2,000 to join for the family and they just keep screwing us over. Will not return our money. Cons: Staff, Membership, Managment more
