Review content:
I purchased a cellphone on 4-28-08 from this store and tried to return it on 4-29-08. I did not use the phone at all and stored refused my return because store indicated that the phone is an import phone, so they do not accept return for this item. Store charged me 290 dollars cash and did not even wanted to give me a receipt. Store DID NOT inform me in advance there there is no return or exchange for import phones. Joan at the store indicated that her boss will not allow return or exchange but did not wish to disclose her boss's contact information to me. She also indicated that her boss would call me back and say that same thing but her boss never called, and it has been 6 days since I tried to return the phone.
Cons: No Customer Service!!!
