This place is full of deception. Service is horrid.
This young kid that works there has some attitude issues. He gets impatient if you have questions and his tone is condescending. Your job is to service, buddy... if you don't like it, quit the job. The owners aren't that much better either.
First of all, they got my plan all wrong and resulted in me having to waste time to call in T-Mobile to re-adjust my plan. The kid was suppose to put me down for the bundle plan but this smart guy suscribed me to a plan that did not work in my favor. It resulted in me having to pay unreasonably more. Again, his attitude needs some readjustment. He seems like he couldn't be bothered.
So i called T-Mobile the following month, and everything was fixed accordingly and they offered their sincerest apologies.
Another thing that bothered me was they had a phone they couldn't get rid of and the kid was trying so hard to peddle me this phone. It didn't help that he hid from me that a refresh (newer model) of this particular phone was coming in 2 weeks. This guy was downright deceptive, he won't tell you the information you should know.
Cellular 123, you guys get an F in service and competence.
Pros: None.
Cons: Bad service. Service is deceptive.
