This place is full of deception. Service is horrid. This young kid that works there has some attitude issues. He gets impatient if you have questions and his tone is condescending. Your job is to service, buddy... if you don't like it, quit the job. The owners aren't that much better either. First of all, they got my plan all wrong and resulted in me having to waste time to call in T-Mobile to re-adjust my plan. The kid was suppose to put me down for the bundle plan but this smart guy suscribed me to a plan that did not work in my favor. It resulted in me having to pay unreasonably more. Again, his attitude needs some readjustment. He seems like he couldn't be bothered. So i called T-Mobile the following month, and everything was fixed accordingly and they offered their sincerest apologies. Another thing that bothered me was they had a phone they couldn't get rid of and the kid was trying so hard to peddle me this phone. It didn't help that he hid from me that a refresh (newer model) of this particular phone was coming in 2 weeks. This guy was downright deceptive, he won't tell you the information you should know. I purchased a cellphone on 4-28-08 from this store and tried to return it on 4-29-08. I did not use the phone at all and stored refused my return because store indicated that the phone is an import phone, so they do not accept return for this item. Store charged me 290 dollars cash and did not even wanted to give me a receipt. Store DID NOT inform me in advance there there is no return or exchange for import phones. Joan at the store indicated that her boss will not allow return or exchange but did not wish to disclose her boss's contact information to me. She also indicated that her boss would call me back and say that same thing but her boss never called, and it has been 6 days since I tried to return the phone. Cons: No Customer Service!!! more
