I would never trust John with my dog again. He offered to watch my dog when I went out of town and when I came back, I had to take my dog to the vet. He didn't tell me his dogs were sick and mine caught whatever intestinal parasites his dogs had. It was a very expensive lesson, but my poor dog is the one that really suffered. When I called John to tell him, he used an expletive and hung up on me. He also tried the bicycle thing with my dog and fell off his bike, nearly landing on my dog. This guy has absolutely NO business being around animals. He has no idea what he's doing.
Whenever someone asks me if I know anyone who is good with dogs, the first thing I tell them is to stay away from John.
As long as he's around I will warn people about him.
