My wife called Ameren to get the gas turned on at a house our daughter and our grandchildren were to move into and she was insulted by a ""representative"" named ""Linda"". Linda became very abusive in her language toward my wife and treated her as if she is ""stupid"". It upset my wife nearly to the point of tears. I called Ameren and asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they couldn't find one. They stated they would give my phone number to a supervisor and he/she would call me. This was hours ago and no call yet. Just what are the supervisors supervising if they can't be found?? Ameren UE has got to be the absolute worst in the U.S. when it comes to customer service!! I would give them NO stars if I could!!
Pros: none!
Cons: POOR customer service!!!!
