This is a LIMITED service property management company... Just to view the property we had to contact the manager, who had to contact the agent... and the agent is only available once a week to show the property. After submitting an application we waited a week just to discover that the application was being reviewed by the homeowner. Meanwhile, Oak Tree is still marketing the property and taking applications. Phone calls are NOT returned, and Oak Tree is somehow busy all the time with OTHER customers. We gave up and applied for a property through Valley Vista Inc in Clovis. We were approved in 4 hours, plus they have answered my calls every time. Additionally, Valley Vista staff showed me the property 2 separate times with only a 2 hour notice. Overall, Oak Tree is VERY unprofessional and we do not recommend them.
