Review content:
Go easy with all the medals and best-in-state awards, Utah. It's still Utah. Save it. With the alcohol that isn't there, they try to mask their beer with over-powering flavors. This ""fine establishment"" also thinks that after sampling 7 of their beers of 4 ounces each, you have gone over the limit and are prohibited from purchasing their premium ""Reve"" beer. I'm sick of Utah bars deciding for their patrons what is responsible drinking. I thought their italian sausage grinder , a calzone-like dish, sounded outstanding. Come to find out, the meat is spongy and the skin is rubbery. It's nearly impossible to find good italian sausage west of the Mississippi, but this was a complete disappointment. The service and ambiance of the place was just fine, but I won't be back. The positive raves I'm reading about this place are shocking. I consider myself lucky to not be from this state.
