My family and I have been renting from WA for almost 2 years, and in that time, we've only had one issue that we needed to dispute, and they worked with us till it was resolved to everyone's satisfaction. All repairs have been attended to in a timely fashion (yes, sometimes, they may take a day or two, but that's understandable as they contract out for service). The property is well maintained and the staff that contacts us for any needs are always friendly and willing to explain their reasons for decisions that are being made. Notifications for property inspections are always at least a week before the scheduled visit.
All in all, I'm satisfied with them and appreciate a property management group that not only has a sense of humor, but doesn't bat an eye when informed that applying tenants keep reptiles.
