Review content:
Larchmont apartments used to be a GREAT deal for students going to ODU. Now it is a slum!! They are infested with bugs (roaches, house centipedes, etc) and the rent has been raised as often as possible each year. I moved in 5 years ago and the rent was 585 including utilities, and when they ""remodeled"" it jumped to over 810 plus you now must pay all utilities. The central air is awful (Loud and does not work well), the water bills are always higher then they should be for a small apartment....The worst part of Larchmont apartments is the Management!! Rude, mean, vindictive....if you have a problem with your place (leaks, bugs, etc) and you complain be prepared to be harassed. They will raise your rent, threaten you with eviction, come into your apartment unannounced and do inspections....Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!! There are MANY better locations with better apartments for a cheaper price.
