Review content:
I took my pet here as it came recommended by a friend. Never again! In fact, I turned around and picked up my dog before they had the chance to do anything. My dog has a UTI and before I could even finish filling out the paperwork, they had a price quote ready for me. The price was a bit steep to begin with, but I know it's just a quote and that it could (probably not) be less. When I was done with the paperwork I went into the room with the vet, who didn't introduce herself or examine my dog at all. All she did was run down the list of tests that she wanted to do, which made the price even higher. The quote was $165 and this didn't include lab work ($95) or meds ($20-70). Dr. Cunningham did not ask about any symptoms or give me any explanation other than about why the x-ray is better than an ultrasound (more expensive). They took my dog back and told me to come get her between 5:30 and 7, unless they needed to keep her overnight and they quickly explained that I would need to pay for that. I left the clinic and felt so bad for leaving my dog there, that I made an appointment with my usual vet and went back and got my dog. This clinic had the nerve to charge me for a visit!!! They did nothing to my dog, they didn't diagnose her or run any tests and I still had to pay...whatever! Don't even get me started on the cleanliness of the place or the condition of the dark room they take your dog back into. When I got my dog I, of course, got the stare down...again, whatever! This place is ridiculous and they made me feel like my dog was just a paycheck for them, not a member of the family. I know vets are pricey and I don't mind spending money to make sure my pets are healthy, but for this price they really need to make you feel good about leaving your pet. So glad they didn't treat her, my vet took good care of my baby :)
