I feel bad to give any Vet '1 star', but I feel worse for ever bringing my pet here! It was the first & last time we went here. We waited 1 hour past our appointment time. Since the place is so small, our cat had to wait in the waiting room in her cage. Once we go in to see the vet for her annual check-up, the vet never introduced herself! Immediately wrapped our cat in a towel and musseled her. Even though we told her very clearly that she did much better if my husband held her. My cat naturally freaked out and bit her. And she was fine after my husband held her (duh!!!) At the end of the exam and shots, the vet said nothing until I asked... so is everything ok with her? I was so peeved. On top of that the price was more appropriate for downtown or city location. Cons: Poor communication, uncompasionate, long waits
