To make a long story short, I put in a bid for a house and it was accepted. 2 days before closing they cancelled my contract and want to keep my earnest money. I'm already out the money for 2 appraisals, not counting other odd and end fees. Seems like the cost keeps going. If they did me this bad, just think of what will happen to you! Hillsboro Matthews Team real Estate is not staight and neither is the realtor Paulena Covert!
