Best advice:Find another realtor for you needs. If you can't be sure to have vaseline handy! 7/8/2007

To make a long story short, I put in a bid for a house and it was accepted. 2 days before closing they cancelled my contract and want to keep my earnest money. I'm already out the money for 2 appraisals, not counting other odd and end fees. Seems like the cost keeps going. If they did me this bad, just think of what will happen to you!
