After reading all the positive reviews and seeing its great feedback on citysearch I figured I'd give KLS a try. I was having surgery Wednesday morning and had to be in Beverly Hills at a specific time. I called the KLS Limo service, made all the arrangements, and then they told me since I didn't have an account with them yet I couldn't pay over the phone; I would have to pay through their web site or by fax with the web being the preferred method. I set it up online, filled out all my information, and then 2 hours I got an email confirming my request had been received and that my driver would be there. The day of my surgery came and I'm waiting, so I finally call to make sure the driver wasn't stuck in traffic to fin out they have NO RECORD of my order. I told them I have all the emails they sent me with confirmation numbers, but they were VERY rude and unapologetic. So here I am stuck, having surgery in an hour, and my car service not only screwed up but also didn't even care. Save yourself and go with any other limo service!!!
