Amazing Service 3/26/2009

Highly Recommended!!!! 2/5/2008

I am in charge of overseeing travel coordination for my entire office. I have contracted countless other limousine services and have never been satisfied. Recently I contacted KLS Limousine and right away felt the difference. I didn?t have to hold on the line at all; a live agent answered my call and answered my questions without hesitation. Then when I asked my boss how the service was, she had nothing, absolutely nothing to complain about. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Finally service that stands apart from the rest. Finally, the service of yesteryear 11/30/2007

I travel a lot, and due to my age and failing eyesight, I often depend on bold letter or verbal contacts. Thankfully, upon my arrival at LAX, I was greeted inside the terminal at baggage claim by my driver with a KLS sign that boldly displayed my last name. The driver very courteously introduced himself as my KLS driver and informed me that we had to wait a few moments for my luggage at the carousel. Once obtaining my luggage, I was escorted to the vehicle and politely asked if there was any particular route I would like to take to my destination or if I wished to make any stops prior to the drop off at my home. Being stunned of receiving such service of the yesteryear that has long been forgotten, I humbly declined and settled back to enjoy my ride. Being a senior citizen in today?s society, our needs are sort of overlooked, but with KLS I was made to feel that I mattered as a client. Thank you KLS for the nostalgia. A.P. Kravitz more

Exceptional service, from the moment I telephoned my reservation to the point I had reached my destination. 11/20/2007

Being a free lance writer, I have traveled to some of the loveliest areas of the world. Unfortunately, for most of my trips, I do not have a moment to myself to think about anything but my work. When using KLS, I was greeted at LAX by a driver with a smile and a friendly conversation. He pointed ot several landmarks that I had never noticed in the city during our route. He was a true man that enjoyed his profession, and that spoke volumes for me. My hectic airline ride in to LA was completely eradicated by the service provided by the KLS Limo Company, and made me feel more than welcome entering the city. I just got off the phone with the night dispatcher, to set up a further reservation. He came across as a very personable and charming young man...I highly recommend KLS Limousine to anyone in the city, so much, that it motivated me to write this comment on the internet as I sit at my desk in my hotel room. Highly Recommended...Will Definitely Use Them Next Time 8/19/2007

I work with AYS for many events and just recently used KLS Limousine Service for the Baron Davis LA Stars Charity event. I was very impressed with their level of professionalism and their ability to provide such impeccable service on such short notice. We needed cars last minute for shuttling and transfering over 140 people for four (4) days and fortunately I found KLS on Citysearch, and thank goodness! The owner even donated a Phantom for the entire day at no charge. Remarkable Service 8/19/2007

I recently had the need to search for a new limousine service. I found KLS on Citysearch, called them and right away felt I had reached a very professional and trustworthy establishment. The reservation process was painless, the service was prompt and professional, the entire experience was remarkable. Never Satisfied 7/13/2007

I have used this company for many occasions, but the last time was it for me. Every time I have requested a car, I have always made sure the tip was included on my credit card before our event so we had nothing to worry about. On multiple occasions, the drivers would ask for more. The last time this happened I turned to him and said, ""You were taken care of right?"" He shugged his shoulders and said, ""Well, I guess..."" and rolled his eyes at me. That was the last time because this had happened to one of my clients too that I told car service was taken care of and she was given the same sob story. The management really needs to look over their drivers and make sure they aren't hussling people for more money. I would stay away from this company and every rude employee there. Nice change of pace... 5/17/2007

Ever since my HORRIBLE experience with another LA based limo company, I have learned to rely more and more on KLS for all of my transportation needs. The company I work for uses another car company, and I'm in the process of having them switch. They have never been late, always have cold water in the cars when I'm going to the airport, and are so sweet when I call to book a ride. Last week, I got my nephew a HUMMER stretch that kls provided and those kids went CRAZY when they saw that driver in his suit @ the door and a SUPER-LIMO picking them up to go to Disneyland!!!! It was amazing... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE out there looking for a breath of fresh air in such a competitive industry... Pros: Always on time...Clean cars more

Most Professional Limousine Service 4/26/2007

I am a free-lance event planner. For the last 4 events that required luxury transportation, I utulized the services of KLS Limousine. I could not have been happier. I have dealt with many other companies, and truth be told, no other company compares to the outstanding service provided by the KLS team. Avoid at al costs 4/2/2007

After reading all the positive reviews and seeing its great feedback on citysearch I figured I'd give KLS a try. I was having surgery Wednesday morning and had to be in Beverly Hills at a specific time. I called the KLS Limo service, made all the arrangements, and then they told me since I didn't have an account with them yet I couldn't pay over the phone; I would have to pay through their web site or by fax with the web being the preferred method. I set it up online, filled out all my information, and then 2 hours I got an email confirming my request had been received and that my driver would be there. The day of my surgery came and I'm waiting, so I finally call to make sure the driver wasn't stuck in traffic to fin out they have NO RECORD of my order. I told them I have all the emails they sent me with confirmation numbers, but they were VERY rude and unapologetic. So here I am stuck, having surgery in an hour, and my car service not only screwed up but also didn't even care. Save yourself and go with any other limo service!!! more

Excellent Customer Service, Professional Drivers 1/19/2007

After having a bad esperience with another Los Angeles limo company I tried citysearch's user reviews to find a new limo co. KLS is the first place I tried and I will now never use anyone else. In three consecutive days they have arranged last minute long distance transportation for my VIP's. Their drivers are professional and prompt. Noune takes my reservations and she is polite, considerate and proactive. I just about passed out from disbelief at how easy she made everything. Best Car Service in Los Angeles 12/22/2006

I am an event planner for my company and we had a large event for approx. 150 people shuttling from area to area from 8pm-4am. We even had some private cars for the executives. I looked on CitySearch to find the best company and noticed KLS Limousine had the highest rating so I arranged all of my transportation requests with them. They had very clean buses and towncars and provided water for all the passengers. The drivers were dressed very sharp and were very professional and friendly. I received all my confirmations and invoices by email as soon as I made my reservations and felt assured that all of my reservations were confirmed. phones disconnected, didn't show up, didn't call, just vanished. stay away!!!!! 11/26/2006

Made a reservation two days in advance, they confirmed with me the next day, then didn't showup at 7:15am to take me to the airport. I called their toll free number and their local office and both phones were suddenly disconnected. Fortunately I called my credit card company to make sure they couldn't charge me for the trip. The Best Limousine Service In Town 9/20/2006

I usually don't have the time to write reviews, but after I found out that KLS was on Citysearch, I had to tell people what a wonderful experience I have been having with them for the past 2 years I have been using them. I book cars for my boss on a weekly basis, as he travels often, and I can't be happier. I am greeted by the nicest people when I call to book the cars. I get confirmations via email within minutes and my boss tells me all the time of the wonderful chauffeurs that drive him to and from the airport. He even uses them when he goes out on the town with his family. They apparently have a lot of ""Party Vehicles"" as well. All in all, I can't say enough how much I appreciate how professional & courteous these people are. BRAVO!!! Pros: Everything more

Best car service ever 7/19/2006

Thank God somebody gets it!!!! Car service like my father use to get, the driver was very professional and the car was spotless and the experience as a whole was wonderful. I even used their company in New York and they where just as friendly. Great selection of cars even rented a Roles-Royce Phantom for a special night out with my lady. (Believe me she was very very grateful if you know what I mean) Thanks KLS I am telling all my friends. more

My Wedding With KLS 6/1/2006

I recently got married and found this company from this very site. I couldn't believe how nice everyone was from the moment my reservation was placed, up until they dropped me off at LAX for my honeymoon....I didn't even tell them to do anything special, but I had flowers, and champagne ready for me in the car. It was absolutely beautiful!!!! I work for an accounting firm, and we just signed up to use them as well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!! more

Excellent Experience 5/9/2006

I decided to write this review after the second time I used KLS because I wanted to make sure I didn't just get lucky the first time around. A couple of friends and I went out on the town on a Sat. night, and we really had no plans, but the driver knew ALL of the LA hotspots, took us to the best restaurant, bars, and clubs... My driver was Shawn, and I couldn't believe what a gentleman he was. He helped us out so much!! I HIGHLY recommend KLS to anyone, whether for business or pleasure...
