He knows what he is doing and has the certificates that show his training. Very professional. He will not waste your time, and consequently do not waste his. If you go there for parts and do not have the part number, then be sure to bring in the model, serial, and all other numbers you can find. It is a good idea to bring in the old part as well. I needed a part for my 20 year old tractor. I went to three other shops and the other shops either told me the part was no longer available or would not take the time to check on it. Jim's staff tried in vain to find the part number for me. They finally called Jim from the shop to the front counter. In less than 15 minutes Jim located the part I needed. Seems the tractor I have was made by a company that had been bought and sold several times. Jim was the only one that knew where and how to look up the parts.
Pros: Small shop, knows customer, refers to them by name
Cons: Closed on Wednesday and Sunday. No evening hours. Saturday open 9-2
