I was in between homes and a friend recommended Gemstone to me. They are exceptional, especially for what I needed. The apartments are fully furnished which was a great help since my belongings were in storage while I was in the process of finding my next home. They found me a suitable apartment in a very short amount of time. You also have the availability to rent month-to-month, or even for a shorter period of time which is so rare to find in the Los Angeles area. They also include internet and maid service every two weeks, so it makes it much easier while you are dealing with everything else (In my case, closing the sale of my new home). I didn't have to deal with setting up utilities or finding a house cleaner, which was such a pleasure. Their office staff is friendly and eager to answer any questions, and payment is a breeze; you can pay via check, credit card, and cashier's check. Additionally; they are available virtually 24/7 for anything you need. Should an appliance fail in your apartment, they are there to fix it in a matter of hours, versus days like many places I have stayed. I would definitely recommend Gemstone to anyone who is in the process of moving and in need of somewhere to stay! You will be taken care of!
