Gemstone is the perfect option for someone needing somewhere to stay in between homes, or who is new to the area trying to get acquainted with it before deciding on a permanent residence. They make it easy to move in and out, with month-to-month rent, and the ability to pay via credit card, money transfer, or check. The apartments I were shown, and consequently the one I finally chose were spotlessly clean and up to date. The staff is welcoming and very helpful and eager to answer any question you may have. The apartments include wi-fi internet service, air conditioning, phone service, digital cable, and a stipend towards basic utilities. Also included are pots and pans and linens.... when they say fully furnished, they aren't joking! It really is such a help when you don't know where you are moving next; it is one (or a few) less things to worry about than paying individual cable bills, utilities, phone service, and internet service. It's all set up for you to enjoy once you arrive! If you ever have a question the Gemstone staff is on hand with a smile and an answer as soon as possible. I would without a doubt recommend Gemstone to anyone in between homes or who is new to the area... with service like theirs, you may never want to leave!
