Review content:
I sought out gemstone as a temporary place for my mom to live while she was in between homes. It was a great solution as their apartments are fully furnished; including linens and pots and pans. No matter if you want a suburban setting or something in the middle of the city they have the perfect solution. Additionally, it was helpful as my mom had an odd amount of time to stay (like a month and a half). With gemstone you can rent month-to-month as well as shorter periods, so this was a great help to me. They also have a maid service every two weeks included in your rent, electricity, and air conditioning. If you live in L.A. already, you know how important it is to stay somewhere with A/C, and to not have to pay extra out of pocket for that usage during the summer. The staff is helpful, answers any questions you may have, and are always available should any problems arise. (We didn't have any problems though because they keep the properties in excellent shape!) I definitely recommend them for anyone in between homes or looking to relocate as they are the best. They truly put your mind at ease with all their services; internet included, utilities included and fully furnished. What more could you ask for?
