I've heard great things about Chez Jean Pierre, but the one time I ate there I was unimpressed. The decor was dated; the atmosphere was stuffy. The wait staff was extremely attentive. My mother's Cassoulet was fine, and my Osso Buco was adequate, though boring and possibly overcooked.\r

Perhaps I just don't get the Palm Beach dining scene. Based on reputation alone, I'd be willing to give this place another try. Chance are, however, I'll be trying somewhere else next time I'm in town.
