Review content:
When I made the appointment over the phone, they told me that they would treat my dog special. When I arrived, it was noisy and chaotic. They were not all that pleasant, but I took it that they were just really busy. They couldn't find my name in their appt book. Eventually they found it on a post-it (red flag #1). I dropped him off at 10am, they told be he'd be done by 2 and they would call. At 2 they didn't call so I called them and was told they hadn't even started on my dog yet and it would be another 2 hours (red flag #2). I went to run errands and at 3:30 she called and unpleasantly asked where I was since my dog has been done for an hour! (big red flag). I quickly went over there to find my super friendly dog an absolute emotional wreck. She was upset because ""he snapped at her"". My dog has NEVER snapped at any groomer - makes one wonder what she did. I quickly got out of there and discovered multiple nicks, cuts and razor burns all over my poor dog. Yea they treated him special all right - never again!
Pros: convenient to NW side of town;
Cons: not friendly to humans or dogs; bad cut; Poor communication; negative atmosphere
