Grooming businesses, no matter which one, are noisy. Teddys Dog House is amazing and as a client I find it hard to believe that you forget that when animals that don't know each other, or the handlers, can be noisy and nervous - and that you had such a ""distressing"" experience. I have found the handlers to be very gentle and kind and would highly recommend Teddys Dog House to anyone looking for a professional groomer that truly cares about your animal.
If your appointment got lost because it was on a post it note, that may be a mistake - but we are all human, and as busy as they get in there - hardly such a major fault that you found it necessary to bash them. I take it from your post that you have never made a mistake, which makes you one of the very very few in life.
Julie and her employees are top notch. I hope you take the opportunity to try it again.
