This place is a huge mess. I have driven over 1 million miles in my life, owned more than 15 cars and have never had the keys locked in by a car wash. But these guys did it and blamed it on me. They said it happens all the time. Really? Then it is a true systems issue. They damaged my door trying to jimmy it open, and when my husband showed up with the extra keys, they yelled at him and said that we should have been more polite. Not even an apology. Seriously?
