University Car Wash & Lube

This place is a huge mess. I have driven over 1 million miles in my life, owned more than 15 cars and have never had the keys locked in by a car wash. But these guys did it and blamed it on me. They said it happens all the time. Really? Then it is a true systems issue. They damaged my door trying to jimmy it open, and when my husband showed up with the extra keys, they yelled at him and said that we should have been more polite. Not even an apology. Seriously? more

I have taken 3 different people here when they have asked for an oil change and car wash. every time I have had great service and have never had someone try and up sell something that was not needed. I have gone to other oil change places that have brought out air filters that did not go to my vehicle trying to say that I needed a new one but have never had that experiences here. only thing that keeps me from giving them 5 stars is the time that i takes, but honestly, the time is well worth it. Took my car to be cleaned. After been vacuumed inside, the car was placed in the line to be washed. Since it was my first time there I wanted to keep an eye on the process. While observing, I noticed that the guy moving the cars was kind of platying with the controls of my vehicle. Suddenly he start to back up hitting the vehicle behind mine. If I would not been looking I wold never been informed. When I request to talk to the Manager the guy just offer and apology. My car got a chip in the rear bumper and I ask the ""Manager"" how that was going to be corrected. He just said that it was an accident. I told him that that needed to be corrected and he stated that then I needed to get a quote and bring it to him. I said that I wanted that in writing and he refused. Furthermore, he told the one of the employees to remove my vehicle form the line because they were not going to wash it. The other vehicle owner was never informed. What a nightmare. Pros: None. Cons: Young people moving vehicles around. Poor customer service and horrible attitude more
