I've tried to get these people to fix numerous appliances over the years. The appliance manufacturers list them as the company to call for warranty issues. They refuse to travel outside of Wasilla. Alaska is a BIG STATE. If a company wants to be an approved warranty repair vendor, they should expect to travel. I was told it wasn't worth half a day to travel to my house to fix my Wolf Range. They would be getting paid for it from Wolf, but they still refused. When my Asko Washer needed a new motherboard and fuse, I was told by them that they wouldn't honor any warranty issues even though they were the recommended repair center, and they'd pick and chose what they would fix on an Asko. Really, so I was supposed to bring them the washer and wait to see what they would or wouldn't fix?! Are you kidding me??? Seriously, if you are looking for someone to repair your appliances, go to someone in Anchorage who understands what customer service really means. I can't believe they are still in business - probably only because they are one of the only repair shops in Wasilla. Avoid at all costs!!! I know I will in the future and I've notified Wolf that they suck.
