I wish to WARN everyone about this place! My teenage daughter dropped our Bichon off to be groomed and called me out of town to say she was worried about him because the lady at the shop was mean and just pulled him roughly on his leash to the back. Turns out he came home with a huge razor gash on his belly and they shaved his bottom so close that he wound up at the pet hospital the next day with rectal problems. $500 later he came home with pain pills, ointment for his tummy and bottom and had to wear a cone for a few days. He is 4 years old and has always gone to Wags to Riches and has NEVER once had any problem. Explain that?
