Review content:
My daughter called me today, and the first thing out of her mouth was ""Grandma is afraid to talk to you because she thinks you're going to be mad, but I swear mom, I can vouch for her, she told the lady he was supposed to get a bath and his feet trimmed, but they shaved him!"" She proceeds to send me pictures of what they did to my dog at Wash & Wag... and I was sick. For my mom and my dog. My mom must have been horrified at what my reaction would be, although it was no fault of her own. And I was. He doesn't even look like the same dog. When my mom told the lady there, that was NOT what she asked to have done, the lady actually had the audacity to tell her ""He likes his summer cut!"" She knows this how? He told her? I'd like to enlighten her, he does NOT like his summer cut. According to my dad, he has been acting strange since he's been home. And let's just say, hypothetically, you were on the same wavelength and actually able to communicate with my dog and he conveyed his happiness to you for what you had done? YOU WEREN'T AUTHORIZED TO DO WHAT YOU DID TO HIM! If you'd like to show what a good sport you are in regards to this, why don't you let me cut your hair, as I see fit?! What you've done is no different than me going to a salon and requesting a shampoo and trimming of my bangs, only to walk away slightly more than bald. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves!
