We were in a huge dilemma when relocating to Albq. from out of state. We sold our home and with a house full of furniture, 3 kids & a dog we were NOT suited for an apartment. Being new to the area, we had no idea about what part of town we wanted to live in. So our Realtor referred us to HIT to have them find us a home to live in while we continued looking for a home to buy. This was a great opportunity for us to became familiar with the city. We were in 2 homes with Homes In Transition before purchasing our dream home in the far NE Heights. The staff was very professional & always were willing to ""go the extra mile"" for us. We are grateful to our Realtor for telling us about this option in lieu of having to sign a lease to rent a house that we would have certainly had to pay a premium price to rent. Paying only 140.00/wk. to live in a HIT property allowed us a chance to save even more money to purchase our home. It just makes sense!! Homes In Transition was the perfect solution for us and we recommend this company to anyone who wants to live in a nice home for less money than renting. It was a great experience from beginning to end.
