Awful owner! Rude and talks down to the caretakers. We used HIT while we were building a new home. The houses we moved into were dirty and falling apart. Trying to get anything fixed was very difficult. We were told to live without a kitchen sink or dishwasher or pay to fix it all ourselves. I don't think the houses were even safe-I am pretty sure one house had lead paint.
It is very stressful to have your house spotless every day and have realtors show up unannounced. I would never recommend this to any one! Horrible experience.
