Review content:
I must start on a good note and first say that the store has a good selection of mens shoes for one store. Now to the other important part for any store ..... the customer service. After I entered the store and looked around for a particular shoe, which I could not find, I told him about the shoe that I liked. I found the shoe in the Clarks booklet that he brought out, and he said he had a pair of those. Luckily (or unluckily) he had one more pair that was my size. He brought it out and not so gently placed it on the table saying it was his last pair. At first I noticed it wasn't the same shoe (although similar) as in the book, but still tried it on anyway. After I tried it on, I took it off and told him I didn't think it was the same shoe, politely. He said I was wrong and it was the same, I disagreed, and while he was getting more aggravated, I told him not to worry about sir and walked out before things escalated. Well obviously the customer is not always right in this store. Maybe because I am young, but I never felt respected in there. He seems to be a very opinionated man, so if you want someone to tell you what to buy, this might be a good choice, but do not disagree with him. Save yourself some trouble and walk on the backside of the outlet mall and go to Browns shoes. They also have a good selection, more space, and much better customer service. Good luck on shoe shopping! Pros: Decent Selection Cons: Customer Service
