Businiess name:  Kent's Mens Shoes

Review content:
After being greeted by Kent I told him I'd was looking for a specific shoe I learned about online. I knew he carried the brand and had bought shoes from him in the past. After telling me ""the internet is just a bunch of crap and you cant believe a thing on it"" along with some other opinions and non-factual statements, he said he didn't have it and couldn't order it, but told me what shoe I should buy. I agreed to at least try it on as he insisted, but found it less than comfortable and quickly decided it was not what I wanted. He very quickly got aggravated, told me I'm ""kind of persnickety"". I sensed he was having a bad day at the least, but figured that could happen to anyone at some point. I looked around the small store a bit more checking out the other styles on display, but he clearly had no interest in helping me any further if I wouldn't buy what he suggested. I swear I was as polite as could be, but learned he has become an opinionated, judgmental and disgruntled man. I like to help the small local business, but he clearly doesn't care about more business. After quietly walking out I was blown away by Kent's behavior. I bought an expensive pair of shoes at Brown's at the other end of building a few minutes later in a style I wasn't even looking for that day just because they were friendly.
