I am not surprised by the above post that the owner Philip Kossoy did not honor his contract and is being taken to court. I received a call from one of his employees over the weekend before my Monday scheduled appointment, requesting a time change. The message was very clear and correctly referenced the precise window originally scheduled. When I called back the owner answered and said NO, NOONE called you. STRIKE ONE. Then I searched my phone and found the person's name, verified the company's/called from number, and time they called and again Philip said, ""I have noone working for me by that name and I can tell you as the owner of the company that noone called you to reschedule your appointment."" STRIKE TWO. No strike three necessary. This is an unprofessional service that, based on the interaction with ""The president of the company"" I wouldn't even think of doing business with.
