I really like the Outback Steakhouse. I have always been served delicious, hot and fresh meals. The wait staff is always friendly and I enjoy the Australian themed atmosphere. There are always large crowds on weekends and holidays, where the wait can be up to 3 hours sometimes! Fortunately, they offer call ahead seating. If you call ahead, the max. wait is around 30 minutes after arrival even in the busiest of times. Call ahead on weeknights and your table is usually ready when you arrive. My favorite poultry dish is Chicken on the Barbie, which is tender, juicy grilled chicken with BBQ sauce and fresh vegetables on the side. My favorite steak there is Victoria's Filet, which is a tender filet mignon complimented with your choice of potato. If you have never been to Outback, try it at least once. You'll probably end up going back again and again!
