Editorial review from GrubHub 7/2/2013

Food was great but they didn't pack utensils or napkins. Since I was at a hotel it was a huge inconvenience. Luckily the front desk had some but the steak was juicy and hot and my mashed was awesome they even remembered my request for cheddar cheese melted on top. more

Wondeful experience 4/8/2004

Outback has the best service that is always with a smile and they focus on the customer's needs first. They steaks are cooked to perfection and the food is always wonderful no matter what you decide to have. With the call ahead seating, we do not have to wait as long anymore which is great. I guess when you are one of the buisest Outbacks in the world and are very popular then you will have a wait. Take your family to Outback and enjoy a wonderful evening with an extremly friendly staff. Pros: Great service, excellent food, inexpensive more

Good Stuff! 5/15/2003

For the ""fast food"" of steak Outback can't be beat! Quality meat combined with the usual trimmings of baked potatos, salads and such makes for quick, casual dining. Expect long waits though. more

Chain Gang overrated 2/4/2003

Overcrowded, overrated, overpriced for the second-rate food, overdone for the ambience, over and out when it comes to comparing this chain to a quality establishment like Kansas City Prime, Capitol Grill, Morton's, Palm, Ruth's Chris, Prime Rib, and the SALOON! You might as well put McDonald's in these ratings if you're going to put this schlock joint ahead of the class places. Pros: suburban convenience, feed the masses, reasonable Cons: second rate place, second rate food, second rate ambience more

Wunder Down Under! 2/1/2003

Authentic cuisine, excellent food and service. Sometimes long lines, but can use ""call ahead"" service. Usually really loud and smoking section filters over to the non-smoking. TV's at the bar take away from the pleasure of the top rate service and comfortable atmosphere. Prices are high, but food is in good portions and always top quality. Pros: food, quality, flavor, service, call ahead for seats Cons: Noisy, smokey, bar needs separation more

Not Good 1/13/2003

The service was terrible. They couldnt tell if a steak was rare or well done. Our orders were wrong the first time when questioned the waitress was very hatefull more

Chain appeal 1/12/2003

This chain restaurant always comes through. There is nothing unique about this site, but if you like Outbacks, this is the place for you. Pros: Consistence Cons: Crowded more

Thunder from Down Under 1/3/2003

I really like the Outback Steakhouse. I have always been served delicious, hot and fresh meals. The wait staff is always friendly and I enjoy the Australian themed atmosphere. There are always large crowds on weekends and holidays, where the wait can be up to 3 hours sometimes! Fortunately, they offer call ahead seating. If you call ahead, the max. wait is around 30 minutes after arrival even in the busiest of times. Call ahead on weeknights and your table is usually ready when you arrive. My favorite poultry dish is Chicken on the Barbie, which is tender, juicy grilled chicken with BBQ sauce and fresh vegetables on the side. My favorite steak there is Victoria's Filet, which is a tender filet mignon complimented with your choice of potato. If you have never been to Outback, try it at least once. You'll probably end up going back again and again! Pros: Call Ahead Seating, Tasty dishes, Fun atmosphere Cons: Crowded, Long wait for WalkIns more

Outhouse Steakback 1/3/2003

At this joint, you order your meat win, place or show. It's bad enough to fry steak, but you can get a serious case of TMJ here. Every chain has a gimmick - this one has it's bloomin' onion - which is a variation on your basic onion ring but more appealing. Like so many others, these chains are more like beartraps for the conoisseur - however more than ideal for the high school prom date: all their effort is spent in the distracting and mindless marketing on the menu... Pros: Popular with kids, finger foods availabl, moderately priced Cons: coffee-shop service, high pressure turnove, noisy and distracting more

overpriced and underserviced 1/2/2003

This resturant chain is way overrated, the service is poor, the low quality meat does not meet the high price charged. What can you expect from Down Under? Pros: good parking Cons: poor service, meat of poor quality, expensive more

Simply the Best Service! 12/4/2002

Outback is the place! If you love great service, you will love to come here. Outback has the greatest appetizers especially their wings. The wings are the best wings around. They always make sure that you glass is never empty which is good cause i hate to be thirsty. They also bring out this cinnamon bread that is very tasty also. But the steaks are well cooked and never dry. The best entree that I like the most is the crab legs. They are a good size and they cut them for you. Makes things easier for you. Here is a tip call ahead to get a table or else you will wait long. Pros: Inexpensive, Call Ahead Seating Cons: Crowded Sometimes more

So So 11/26/2002

The steaks are just okay. There are so many places that do it better!! If you like a fried steak this is the place, I prefer mine char-broiled. A step up from the Sizzler but not in the same class a Morton's or Sullivans. Pros: Bloomin' Onions Cons: Fried Steaks, Crowded more

best of the best 11/15/2002

the steak was the best i ever tasted and its all due to their tasty blend in the top of it more

No way 11/11/2002

Hey OK, but really, No Way!! This is not big league steak and if you think it is then at least try the Lone Star Steakhouse. OutBack and Lone Star are good second tier, if not maybe third tier join houses. They are not first class, real deal eateries. Forget it, this does not deserve to be mentioned with Sullivan's and Morton's. Sorry. Pros: edible Cons: distributor steak more

the best steak 8/3/2002

if you been to outback steakhouse you would love it more
