I have worked with Hawaii Video Memories for the past 5 years. As a wedding coordinator on the island of Maui, Hawaii Video Memories has serviced hundreds of my past clients. Their product has no rival on the island of Maui. All I can say is they are the best in Hawaii by far, and I have yet to find mainland companies that offer the quality that they offer, at the price that they charge.
They are always extremely helpful to my clients when we are planning their services in advance and are never too busy to have a meeting or phone conversation to answer any questions that I, or my clients might have. Their presence on-site at the weddings is always professional and they are not invasive at all, allowing my clients to be able to enjoy their special day. On top of it all, the staff at Hawaii Video Memories are all so personable and really go the extra mile to make clients feel comfortable.
In the very rare occasions where there has been an issue with a client (there have been 2 very minor issues over the past 5 years), Hawaii Video Memories has always been accommodating and professional, giving immediate attention and righting the problems with no additional cost to my clients. In reference to another not-so-positive review, one of those issues involved incorrect spelling of a name, in which Hawaii Video Memories corrected immediately at no additional cost to my clients. They handled it in the most professional manner that they could have, and both my client and I were extremely pleased with the outcome.
Their website is clear in their pricing and there are never any hidden fees. They even have a client log-in page in which clients can sign in and post information, double check spelling and booking details, etc.
They are wonderful to work with and we are lucky to have a service like this on our wonderful island.
