As of March 3, 2012, I will have to agree with a prior post that Lambs & Ivy School is not a good place to send you child or children. Here's why..? Looking at the last post about leaks back in 2007 and now it is 2012 and the leaks, mildew smell, wet carpet in several of the open and classroom areas, unprofessional staff members, no open door policy to discuss issues and/or concerns about health hazards in their building. The management staff is very dishonest to customers, Mr. Anderson is the owner and not the sales person that he tells everyone when they come in to tour the facility. His wife is Ms. Pat and she goes by an alias name on her business cards. The name that is on her business card is Patricia A. Gale. Her real last name is Anderson. On a higher note, the center looks almost like a castle on the in/outside of the building when it comes to the child care service industry but its the behind the scene things that you don't know about on the front end, (leaks, mildew smell, wet carpet, kids are constantly getting sick, not cleaning up urine after each child; etc, unprofessional staff and administration staff. I do realize that children will get sick at any and every daycare and/or school but at this facility-it is ongoing. There are no humidifiers in the classrooms or throughout center. They take your children outside every single day and it doesn't matter what the temp is for the day. They take infants, toddlers, etc, out in threatening conditions. In conclusion, I don't mind paying top dollar for quality services but they don't value their customers at all. Furthermore, with leaks, mildew, wet carpet and other health hazards, we have decided to take our business elsewhere. Please use reasonable judgement before hand or you may find yourself in my shoes and some of the others situations. I have spoken to several parents at Lambs and Ivy and they actually told me about their concerns but I really didn't look too much into it. Now, I see firsthand of what's going on and now I will join other parents in their movement of not sending my child to Lambs & Ivy School at 1185 Macon View Dr. Cordova, TN 38018. God Bless, Wendy C.
