Review content:
I have been with this club for the past 10 months, and I must say it has been nothing but a good experience. They had a remodel done in the spring of 2010 and have totally redesigned the layout for the better.
They have updated equipment, (benches, flat screens, etc.) and have given the place quite a face-lift. It's clean, & comfortable to work-out in. They offer several free classes, and discounted rates to members for the more ""Extreme"" classes. The staff is friendly, and the members seem to be quite happy, thanks to their management.
I have made a few friends there (Though I usually don't chit-chat when I work out often) and it's good to see them when I visit. Most of the time people keep to themselves, but hey, that's how it is when you workout, this isn't a social club, it's a fitness center.
Even though they are closed on Sundays, you can go to their Mount Vernon location at no cost and enjoy the use of their indoor pool. Even though I rarely use that benefit, it's good to know they have facilities open every day of the week.
Great facility in a great town!
