A successful business begins at the top. Scorch Grillhouse has incredible owners who are ver ""hands-on"" and it shows. Everything runs smoothly-service is better than most, food is super-fresh & tasty. the ambiance is lovely. As long as management takes such an active role, success is almost guaranteed.
