I love my car and am very particular about who touches it. I was devistated when a deer jumped out in front of me on RT83, I couldn't believe I had to go through this again. I had been in an accident almost a year ago and had the repairs done at another local repair shop. They took twice as long, were rude, and never ended up fixing it right after months of fighting. So I was not excited about having to go through this process again, but this time I didn't make the same mistake. My insurance company told me about Akin and Akin, and reassured me that they would take care of me because they work with them all the time. I had my car towed there called them and immediately knew I wasn't dealing with the same yahoos I had to fight with at the other place. The deer had done some significant damage so the repair wasn't done in a couple of days but when they were finished they had repaired it so I couldn't even tell it had been touched. This three week $9000 dollar repair was a far better experience than last year's three month $3000 repair at that other place! They now have a customer for life. I wish I would have tried them sooner!!!!!! Thanks guys
