When my furnace was damaged due to flooding two days before Christmas in 2008 Reimer was there the next day and replaced it. They were exceptionally understanding of my situation and the the installation went without any problems. I have had a contract with Reimer since them and they continue to be friendly and reliable. I also had my cooling system replaced the following spring and have no complaints. The service technicians are punctual, courtious and thorough. They take the time to answer all of the questions I may have and do so in a way that I can understand. I have recommended Reimer to friends and family without reservation.
