Nothing but good things to say. We had an installation done by Reimer that came with a satisfaction guarantee. The unit did not perform as we expected it to (NOT Reimer's fault) so, we had the unit removed. The customer service manager, office manager, and installation teams (both installing and removing) could not have been more helpful. They were professional during the entire process! Even though this unit didn't work well in our application, I highly recommend Reimer Heating & Air Conditioning. It is rare to find a company that stands behind their product and service and Reimer is definitely one of those companies. I would do business with them in a minute!! No regrets. more

From the moment the service tech puts on his protective foot coverings at your front door you know you are getting the considerate, expert service you hired them for. I have used Reimer exclusively for 7 years to service my furnace and airconditioning units. Beginning with the receptionist who walks you through the service they will provide, who your tech will be and when. Consistent, prompt and courteous! Reimer truely delivers their motto,"" How can we make you smile"". more

We have used Reimer thru their Comfort Club Membership for almost 10 years now, and we can't say enough about the great service, knowledgeable employees and fair prices. They are always prompt, courteous, and efficient; if they do find a problem (once in 10 years) they offer a good deal on parts and do the work right away. I have never felt less than very satisfied with any service they have performed. Excellent company. more

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE 4/28/2012

We were recommend to use Reimer from my dad. My dad only recommends people he feels comfortable with coming to his daughter's house! We had an issue with our furnance and it was taken care of the next day- I was 6 months pregnant. Reimer offers wonderful customer sevice and plans to check furnances and air conditioners every year. We highly recommend this company! more

No worries with Reimer 4/25/2012

I was a member of Reimer's confort club for several years. When I needed a new hot watel heater a few years ago, I allowed the company that installed it to talk me into changing to their service. I realized right away that I had made a mistake and returned to Reimer. Their service is great. Their service techs are very professional and answer any questions I might have in a way that is simple to understand I plan on staying with Reimer for all my heating needs. Some friends needed a new furnace and I recomended Reimer to them. They are very happy with the service they received from reimer more

Best in Heating and Cooling 4/24/2012

We have been members of the comfort club since buying this home. We needed a new furnace and water heater, later central air and a whole house generator. They even installed whole house surge protectors for us. They do great work, clean quiet, very professional. It is nice to have someone remind me when service is due...one less thing to remember. They always call to let you know when they will be arriving and are always friendly and efficient.I wouldn't use anyone else. more

The service tech's are very considerate and extremely knowlegable in the products and services the company provides and no questions go unanswered. Buffalo's most dependable heating and cooling people 4/24/2012

I love calling to make an appointment. Reception always answer's "" How can we make you smile?"" It works, I smile. The installers always cover their shoes when walking into the house. Clean up after themselves. When I ask questions, they always take the time to explain until I understand. And they do it with pleasure. The service is wonderful. I feel like they are right next door. It's a company I can trust. more

Professional - Reliable - Reasonably Priced 4/24/2012

I can't say enough good things about Reimer. Unexpectedly our heater stopped working with my husband out of town on business for the week and me home with an infant. I called a few places and they wanted a large sum of $ for very short amount of time to diagnose the issue. Two people from work recommended Reimer almost within the same breath. I called and they were available when requested and at a reasonable price (regardless of how long they were at my house). The service tech who came to the house was extremely professional and friendly. Unfortunately we needed a whole new furnace, but again we were able to get a real reasonable price on the unit and installation. The installers were at our house the next morning and did an excellent job. Again very professional and friendly. more

Reimer is Recommended 4/23/2012

Our company, Medical Claims Processors Inc, of Tonawanda NY, needed complete new heating & air conditioning units. We called Reimer Heating & Air Conditioning located on Delaware for a complete evaluation of the system best suited for our needs. They promptly responded to our call, evaluated our needs in a most professional & knowledgable manner and quoted us a very reasonable price. We accepted and there was no need to go further. They installed the units and we signed up for their Comfort Club Membership. We are very pleased with their workmanship and service and we highly recommend them. more

Have service with two homes with Reimer Heating 4/23/2012

I have been in the members club with reimer heating since 2001. I""ve had great service and tell all my friends and family to give Reimer Heating a call. The tech's are all great and answer all my questions when they are there. I was aloud to carry the plan over to my next home that I have purchased and also the new owners of my other home were also offered the plan. I would not go anywhere else for service. Dependable and Thorough 4/23/2012

When my furnace was damaged due to flooding two days before Christmas in 2008 Reimer was there the next day and replaced it. They were exceptionally understanding of my situation and the the installation went without any problems. I have had a contract with Reimer since them and they continue to be friendly and reliable. I also had my cooling system replaced the following spring and have no complaints. The service technicians are punctual, courtious and thorough. They take the time to answer all of the questions I may have and do so in a way that I can understand. I have recommended Reimer to friends and family without reservation. more
