I got home from work and had very little time to get my boxes to UPS before they closed at 7pm, and I had to get them out!
Called the Edgewater store and the gentleman explained that normally the truck leaves at aprox. 6:15 but that today was so busy a second truck was coming so to hurry over. I called on the way and he waited for me until a couple of minutes after 7 and got the boxes on the truck.
It was very kind, and he seemed very cheerful about the whole thing.
Definitely won my loyalty.
