The owner is nice, but don't know about the younger employees. Had an XBox game delivered there. USPS and Amazon both show it was delivered there. I even received an email notification that it arrived, but I never got the pickup slip in my mailbox and someone logged it in as being given to me. It was initially nice to have a place that could sign for my packages, but UPS is a more trustworthy place to keep your packages. Keep away. more

Ups Store Edgewater NJ 9/24/2011

You will never be disappointed with the service at this UPS Store. The store is supper clean and has everything you need for business if you forget something. Logon to a computer for a quick check, copy machines, packing etc. I may look for my mail anytime using my pass key. In a pinch I am able to call during working hours to ask about my mail delivery; if I have anything etc. They send me an e-mail when a package arrives. Great service. I recommend them to anyone that needs a safe, clean and secure mail service. more

Above and Beyond 10/11/2010

I got home from work and had very little time to get my boxes to UPS before they closed at 7pm, and I had to get them out! Called the Edgewater store and the gentleman explained that normally the truck leaves at aprox. 6:15 but that today was so busy a second truck was coming so to hurry over. I called on the way and he waited for me until a couple of minutes after 7 and got the boxes on the truck. It was very kind, and he seemed very cheerful about the whole thing. Definitely won my loyalty. more

Good Delivery!!! 4/1/2008

Nice people..Work really hard to get things right. I sent a package to San Diego and they did a really good job of packing the breakables. Highly recommend, They are hundreds of times better than the people ion Fort lee and hoboken!!1 Pros: thumbs up, next to trader joes more
