I signed up at this gym because it was closer to where I live. I ended up purchasing the Super Sport package because I like going to the Arapahoe gym on the weekends (even though this is not a super sport center on 6th). The young lady ""Maria"" whom I worked with was nice, but I felt she needed more training as she needed the assistance of her manager, this big bulky guy who had the worse attitude ever! He was very rude and talked as if he was a know it all concerning my financial institution. Well, a week later, I get a call saying they lost my check and that I needed to bring in another one. They proceeded to tell me that they cancelled my check with my bank, (excuse me but I thought only I could do this and if you lost it, how do are you able to do this). I informed them that I would not make a second payment until my old check was located. This is BAD business! My check could be in the hands of anyone! Three days later, I received a collection call from thier head office stating that I cancelled the check! Say what! Now I have to be the fall guy for your gym being unprofessional. I don't think so. I like that you can work out 24 hours a day, but please avoid this gym at all cost - sign up else where! Save yourself some time and don't go here. Hopefully they will change managerment and hire people who don't lose your important financial information!
