Called to book trip, was advised they would call back to provide info, no call, called back left message, no call back, called back finally got trip confirmed. Took trip host was rude, and not prepared, return trip over heard host speaking about her excessive gambling binge and needed sleep, return to airport was a cluster. no direction. some of the regulars took charge and started to assist the travelers, Mikes should be embarrased. There are plenty of other choices out there, Explore your options first.
