I have traveled with this company for over 10 years now, usually at least 3 times a year and I love this travel group. Always get personal service....Love the fact that I can arrive at airport, check my bag and Not worry about it anymore until it arrives safely in my room at the casino. The reps keep everyone/everything organized and answer any and all questions/concerns that might arise during the trip. Christine, one of the great reps, takes care of me Even when she isn't on my particular trip--all she has to do is make a phone call and she can MAKE IT HAPPEN ------The comps are the best...NEVER have to pay for trip/plane/room/food, etc.........Doesn't get much better for a weekend getaway with friends! If you are looking for a safe, fun and entertaining gambling trip, give this company a try---Guaranteed to have a Blast!! more

Love mikes travel. Been flying with them for years. They had a couple of off years but have hired new folks and it made a difference. Would reccomend them to any one i know who travels to casinos. They operate now under the name casino travel too. trip reps are easy on the eyes! more

I just came back a few weeks ago from a trip with Mike's Travel on a trip to Tunica, MS on their chartered flight out of Raleigh and it was by far one of the best times I've had in a long time. It had been a few years since I had been on a trip with them and I was quite pleased to see all the new changes they've made within the company. Things seem a whole lot more positive and inviting! When I got to the airport, they had a very sweet rep (Amanda) there to greet me and my girlfriends and she made everything a breeze. The flight was great, had some drinks, played the money game while in the air and a few people won a few bucks! My hotel was clean, I had no issues, and the weather was gorgeous. I couldn't complain as everything went as expected and the flight back actually arrived a few minutes earlier than anticipated. It was really nice to go on a group trip where everything was comprehensive and taken care of. If you're wanting to take a trip with your friends or even a few family members and are players at Harrah's or MGM casinos (and that list is long) I would highly recommend Mike's Travel. They've got young people who really know what they're doing working there now! more

This has to be the most unorganized and unprofessional buisness I have dealt with. Buisness must be good for them. No call backs, lost check sent to them in mail, very rude treatment and talked to like a child. Oh well will use another travel service that wants buisness. more

I love this company! I think ""houseflipping"" is flipping crazy. I have always gotten excellent service and the hosts are always friendly and available to help with any problem or concern. more

Called to book trip, was advised they would call back to provide info, no call, called back left message, no call back, called back finally got trip confirmed. Took trip host was rude, and not prepared, return trip over heard host speaking about her excessive gambling binge and needed sleep, return to airport was a cluster. no direction. some of the regulars took charge and started to assist the travelers, Mikes should be embarrased. There are plenty of other choices out there, Explore your options first. more

Poor service. Left numerous e-mails as well as voice mails. Finally they called back and grilled me like I was going on trial. Had a decent flight and the hotel was nice. gambled much more than any regular person would but they never, ever returned any more of my inquiries to go again. 3 voice messages as well as 4 e-mails to 3 different members of their staff went unreturned. Pros: decent hotel/flight Cons: very poor customer service. more
