purchased a 2008 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership Saturday 01/28/2012. The sales experience was great and the paperwork was quick and painless. I also purchased the extended warranty on the Jeep. After arriving home with the Jeep I realized the AUX port on the radio was malfunctioning. The dealership is closed Sunday. I waited until Monday to call and speak with the dealership about the problem. Being that the car was less than 3 days into my ownership I assumed they would at a minimum offer to look at the radio. The answer I recieved was ""Unless its the drive train or engine I would not be able to do anything about that"" I asked when I would be able to use the extended warranty even though the $100 deductible for warranty seemed over the top for a port to be repaired. The dealership informed me I would have to wait 30 days to use the warranty. Overall I rate the dealership 3 stars, had they handled the port situation I would have rated 5 stars and recommeded this dealership to everyone. However; now I will not recommed this dealership for the purchase of any used vehicle. If you do purchase from this dealership make sure you check every little thing before you sign any paperwork. The internet ad also stated the Jeep came with an additional soft top which was not included. 3 stars is a fair rating for Kernersville Chrysler Dodge.
