Review content:
This location is in a rough area of Waterbury, CT. This is a medium sized shop as it has four bays to work on cars/trucks. The shop itself is pretty clean and the workers are OK as far as friendliness. Honestly, I have had to return my car several times to have them correct issues that they created in working on my car. If they job had been done correctly and up to standard the first time that I brought it in, I wouldn't have found the need to bring it back. They were never rude but they also did not seem surprised each time that I came back with issues due to their sub-par work. I found the pricing to be medium to high compared to other area shops.
