A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER 3/30/2011

Bill was very knowledgeable about his business and did things above & beyond of what I needed to have done. The job was very reasonable and the work was done in a profrssional manner within a day or two. Terrible! 1/19/2011

In all my 31 years, I have never had a more disgusting experience with customer service as I had at Waterbury transmission. And I have only stated that once n my life. The details are too unbelievable to even mention here, you'll just have to take my word for it. If you decide to take something there despite my warnings, be prepared, get everything in writing, and if you're quoted a low price expect low quality and service. more

You've got to be kidding! 5/14/2008

If you want your car to work as it was designed, don't bring it here! After a 2 attempts, the last one taking nearly 4 weeks, the car doesn't run right. After the first attempt, the car broke down on the interstate, mid afternoon (sooo fun). You should junk your car before bringing it to Waterbury Transmissions. The guys there are nice, though. more

This location is in a rough area of Waterbury, CT. This is a medium sized shop as it has four bays to work on cars/trucks. The shop itself is pretty clean and the workers are OK as far as friendliness. Honestly, I have had to return my car several times to have them correct issues that they created in working on my car. If they job had been done correctly and up to standard the first time that I brought it in, I wouldn't have found the need to bring it back. They were never rude but they also did not seem surprised each time that I came back with issues due to their sub-par work. I found the pricing to be medium to high compared to other area shops. more
